Hermetically Sealed Transformers
Hermetically sealed liquid-filled transformers using natural ester fluid, designed for all market segments and special load conditions, including photovoltaic plants, wind turbines, and battery energy storage systems, where energy production is controlled by inverter-based applications. They are also suitable for hydroelectric and other power plants, where production is driven by rotating electric generators. Available with power ratings up to 6 MVA, with higher ratings evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Power Transformers
Liquid-filled medium-voltage power transformers using natural ester fluid, designed to meet the specific requirements of EPCs, industrial customers, utilities, municipalities, and other energy applications, like photovoltaic plants, wind turbines, and battery energy storage systems, where energy production is controlled by inverter-based applications. They are also suitable for hydroelectric and other power plants, where production is driven by rotating electric generators, with efficiency levels tailored to customer requirements, mechanical configurations adapted to site constraints, and cooling systems specified according to each project. Designs comply with applicable NBR, IEC, and IEEE standards, with ratings up to 30 MVA / 36 kV
Earthing Transformers
Earthing transformers are designed to provide a neutral connection to earth a three-phase transformer connected to the power system, which can also be equipped with an auxiliary load, creating a neutral point for the grid and its winding is usually done in a zig-zag configuration, in compliance with international standards and customer specifications, hermetic or conservator type configuration, with or without protection boxes.
Integrated Power Assemblies
Integrated Power Assemblies (IPAs) are designed using special skids where the components are completely integrated, connected and tested, as a compact “Plug & Play” and Mobile Power Station, reducing working hours on customer site, consisting of Transformer with one or two secondary windings, LV Panels, LV Bus Ducts, RMU, Power Converters, SSAA Cabinet, Communication Box and Auxiliary Transformers assembled in a skid mounting solution with all the provisions for entrance of wiring from underground, including Transformer oil spill containment with a ball valve equipped with Oil/Water filtering.
